Some of the director have zero management skills. Working on weekend most of the time. They avoid conflicts . My director would ask friend coworker to tell them what time you get in in the morning. Very toxic vibe Absolutely no questioning from their side if anything is wrong. Not all director are like this though, some are very nice.
