      Pros

      LIMU does not make you feel like just an employee, they make you feel like family. Supervisors, executives and HR always listen to your needs and find a way to work around you. LIMU has a unique culture and supportive environment you will not find anywhere else! My experience at LIMU has taught me to grow professionally and personally and I am very thankful for it because it has open so many growing opportunities.

      Cons

      It is a small company so there is a very slight chance of moving up positions.

      Management was old school and never gave any performance raises during my time there.
