Middle management that micromanages. Focuses only on growing productivity, not growing people. Feels like there are no career opportunities, only short term jobs. Apparently turnaround has gone up drastically recently. Below creative and editorial industry average pay and apparently proper raises are no longer a thing. Bonus structure sucks.

Great role if you enjoy building/managing relationships with brands and being immersed in the world of gaming, content creation and PC hardware. You often get to know about products before they're released, however to be successful you do need to have a good sense of what the writing team is looking for in terms of 'content worthy' products. Overall it was awesome. Only reason I left was because I had to go back to my home country for family. Linus and Yvonne are genuinely good people. Good work life balance and they genuine care for their staff. don't listen to the haters. I felt valued as an employee, and management trusted me to work on tasks that I saw as important. I was not micromanaged. It was cool to see your idea or product that you pitched become full LTTs. One thing I love about LMG is that the culture is 'anyone can pitch an idea, as long as its a good idea',
