High turnover rate (they have one tenured employee). If you’re a designer you’ll have an over abundance of internal meetings. You’ll still need to finish your regular work responsibilities on top of this. As a result a work/life balance can be difficult to have. No clear processes or onboarding. CEO doesn’t have clear communication skills and expects people to read his mind.
