Pros

Lots of support from management, great office environment, the teams are really social and we all get along really well. The work load is shared evenly, whilst we are busy day to day, our manager ensures it isn't too much for us to handle. Our team all support each other and help each other out when needed. Our CEO's/ management and team committee organise social events (nights out, beer and pizza in the office, sports day, summer BBQ,) which are great fun and a good excuse to get everyone socialising and enjoying themselves. Overall, really good company to work for!

Cons

Nothing to comment on really

Pros

LIV Group has given myself and many people around me opportunities to progress within their career. As it's a growing business, employees are gaining experience, given opportunities and rewarded well, having seen several promotions around the company. High performers are always noticed and rewarded. Regular social events arranged by senior management give you the opportnity to have a few beers with colleagues after work and the afternoon off on your birthday goes down a treat. It's quite apparant that the company is going places, there's a good vibe around the office from people being part of it.

Cons

I've found in my role there has been times when I've had to work some aditional hours, but this has only helped my progression. As the company is growing, sometimes I've had to take on tasks I am unfamiliar with and had to manage many priorities at once, whilst at first it can be overwhelming, once completed each is another achievement.

Pros

When I started temping as the block finance teams accounts admin I was blown away with the amount of support and encouragement I received from everyone at LIV. After three months I was offered the service charge accounts assistant role. The level of career progression and opportunities I have received at LIV has been very beneficial. The office is a friendly environment and my manager has always been understanding, and supportive. The Medical benefits scheme is also great.

Cons

The workload can be extremely demanding and requires a person to possess good time management skills
