Pros
Primary focus is Microsoft and the healthcare industry. It's run by two partners, formerly the big 4 and they provide great help when needed and are totally transparent on how the firm is run. .... Overall, really smart consultants, interesting projects and the pay is very good in comparison to other firms. I like that there are no sales goals, no reviews, no "goals and objectives" etc. The clients feedback really dictates how we are doing.
Cons
Heavy focus on Microsoft means there's little chance to get exposure to other firms in Seattle so if you want to work at Microsoft it is great. Because the firm is so lean there's little focus on building a "Culture" which is fine with me.
