      Pros

      - Technicians are some of the best. - Many talented directors and managers - unfortunately CEO's tendency of micromanaging creates a domino effect of frustrations among leadership. - Great equipment

      Cons

      - No job stability - Company is disorganized. - Pay is far below industry standard, and staff is kept at a minimum. - Lack of leadership or direction from top executives. - Turnover rate is extremely high - employees walk on eggshells with a looming fear of being fired at any moment. - Be prepared to kiss up to the CEO and COO or your time at LMG will be very short-lived.

      Management USED TO care about their employees Coworkers were nice

      Cons

      Awful management that doesn’t care about anything other than the numbers. You’re sick? Family emergency? Doing the work of 5 people all by yourself? You’ll be told to “just get over it”. You won’t get paid a living wage. Very little opportunity for career advancement. Just a toxic work culture in general.
