      Pros

      LMP Group celebrate successes no matter how big or small, that recognition is so important as it motivates me to thrive in my role and also to help others. Everyone is supportive and there is always someone on hand to speak to.

      Cons

      When there is something new that needs to be embedded LMP definitely get on it straight away, albeit sometimes the process does get changed a few times, which can cause confusion, especially in a remote company, however, someone is always on hand to speak to for help.

      well I dont know that there is any - maybe an extra days holiday each year up to 5 years

      Cons

      cold, thoughtless, rude, no emotional intelligence - and thats the top management ! SLT are hell bent on getting one person out of the company come hell or high water and messing with their mental well being, to the point that this person attempted suicide because of the way they were treated.
