Flexible hours. Some nice colleagues. A rich history which unfortunately is not met by present conditions. Kindergarden. Easy to park your car.
Cons
No carreer advancement. Poor management. Research environment not stimulating. Lots of politics and a huge and absurd burocracy. Decisions are often not transparent. There is a lot of pressure to conform instead of incentive to evolve.
