Pros
The people that work there below director level are lovely, well experienced and enjoyable to work with. Fruit is provided in the kitchen and a gym is available
Cons
The way all companies should now be judged is how they dealt with Coronavirus in the first days of the outbreak and I can assure you the directors were unprepared, we around like headless chickens, spreading different messages, nowhere to be seen and certainly aren't the people you want near you in a crisis. However in a normal day to day world the above is still applicable. The director team do not listen to employees, ignore advice as they are too arrogant to think they could be wrong which consistently leads to bad decisions, are slow at making these bad and other decisions, enjoy complaining loudly about others in the office and are quick to spread blame away from themselves whilst praising themselves. They see meeting with you as an inconvenience on their time, there is no wish to develop you as an employee and quote 'if they get a couple of years out of employees then that is good'. I mean I'm not sure what you can expect from a team that is made up of a director who spends most of his time in his villa abroad and who everyone else is too afraid to say anything but yes to, an ex banker for CEO with the arrogance of someone who actual knows how to run a business, a lawyer and the token female keyboard warrior director who somehow doesn't know anything about finance.
