      Workload is very variable, rarely consistent A lack of team work and collaboration affects the office culture Company ethos of "every man is a consultant" leads to people working in isolation

      Pros

      If you are British, you will love it. If not you will be treat as nothing. the company's name and the fact that you can be considered as a consultant, even if you do not do this and only do marine warranty surveyor, which means you are merely a witness.

      Cons

      Company used to be flat! Now full of bosses, lack of transparency and the upper manager are completely lost. London office is taking over everything in Americas.
