Good experience - Business Analyst LOFT Analytics Employee Review

Enjoyed the flexibility in my job and the ability to work from home. Many of the projects were fun and interesting and I had the opportunity to learn about the wedding vendor business.

It didn't pay much, but it paid enough.

Kind of chill working environment,not to forget that almost all companies offer somehow relaxed kind of environment so that employees can work there.

No transportation facility,no government holidays (they will even make you work on Republic day,1st may,Independence day etc etc ) and will get a form signed from you which states I am ready to work on national holidays. Salary is completely different what you have been offered and its on paper. You cannot fall ill when you are working there,For a day leave also(planned/unplanned) they will make you work on weekends no matter how serious the issue may be. No value for talent or your hard work ,the one who's in the good books will get things done. Incentive plan keeps changing without prior notice,overall quality is managed as such people won't get incentive benefits. Increments are not good ,after 2 years also you will end up having probably 1-2k hike which is not good. No growth in this company. Work is target based,which is actually very high and you will have to extend your shifts in case you don't meet the daily target. There are no extra benefits company offer.Food is costly compared to the salary you get :-P
