      really high turn-over rate with management and associates, low wages, sales targets are high, poor management, and with company cutting stores by the hundreds you feel like a number

      Flexible hours, employee discounts are great (associates receive seasonal booklets with big discounts for 6 items), many opportunities to learn about visual merchandising, sales, and styling while in-store.
