Very stressful for those not used to being cursed out everyday and those who are not used to pressuring customers to buy a product until they angrily hang up Callers/customers can be very nasty Long hours, short breaks Depending on the manager, some encourages employees to rebuttal callers until they angrily scream at you and hang up in your face instead of ending the call after doing 3 rebuttals and before things get heated.
