      Flexible working schedule WFH Friday Have standards and training to help with basic questions. Both CAD and Revit projects Company Lunches, bbqs, generally relaxed vibe

      Cons

      Lots of expectations without hands on training. Increased my number of projects and deadlines without increasing pay.

      People were great overall and friendly to each other.

      Cons

      No flexibility in schedules or any work life balance. A clock in on time/or early start, but leave after a 9-10 hr work day culture.
