There needs to be more initial training

The office is in good condition and people are generally very friendly.

Some of the managers do not hold themselves to an appropriate standard. Conversations can become unprofessional and uncomfortable often. There is nowhere to report misconduct, management oversees the HR process and seems to disregard feedback.
