Pros
- Your managers/bosses won't be down your throat with your work progress throughout the week. My boss asks for ten submittals a week, we have two meetings a week, then we submit our work throughout the week. - Room to ask questions without any microaggression, passive-aggressiveness, or blunt disrespect - Greatest training I have ever received. A great two-week program that provides the information you need to succeed before your four weeks as a trainee recruiter with one of the senior recruiters. - The managers are willing to help you, give you advice and provide resources when you feel like you're coming up short in some areas.
Cons
- Could be more transparent on the compensation system for the ones who have not gone through the bonus system that is given out along with a peer review in December. They mention the bonus compensation given by "submittal metrics, relationship with managers, and how many job offers you achieve". I know someone who was given around $30k after a good full year at LPX, then I know someone who was newer and was only there for three months and who received $1k in December.
