Pros

Leaders are willing to take a chance on you with no prior sales experience something no other estate agency was willing to do. They offer you all the support and training to succeed in your role. Regular one to one meetings and check ins from your line manager really make all the difference to your overall morale. No day is the same and Leaders really want to see you progress and succeed.

Cons

Long working hours and weekend work.

Thank you so much for your positive review! We're thrilled to hear that our support and training has been helpful, and that you're making progress and enjoying your work in a comfortable environment. Regarding feedback about long hours and weekend work, at the beginning of 2022 we reduced our Saturday working hours to half a day which we have had great feedback on. However, I will take this feedback to our next senior management meeting to address and will work to ensure that our employees are supported and that their work-life balance is maintained as much as possible.
