      Super creative and collaborative environment and the people here really care about what they do, who they do it for, and who they do it with.

      Cons

      Collaboration can lead to trying to get too much involvement from too many people and can slow everything down. Benefits are also not amazing

      Pros

      The work culture is amazing. The employees at LRK really value who they're working with. The firm owners were always checking in, and as interns, we got to work on some very cool projects that were good for the community.

      Cons

      The projects I worked on as an intern were ProBono projects, so we didnt really get to go into the nitty gritty of the design, and we didnt get experience with budgets.
