Pros
There are many great people that work here. You'll find dedicated, hard working folks who are actually trying to make this place work.
Cons
The constant change in management creates utter chaos. Employee turnover is high. Good people are hired under the guise of a functional workplace, but soon realize the dysfunctionality and quickly jumpship. This place takes an interesting twist on the Peter Principle. You don't even need to be competent in your current role to be promoted to the next. The more incompetent you are, the more likely you are to be continuously promoted. Be careful though, if you are component in your current role, good luck getting a promotion. They need you right where you are at. It's extremely tough to get a pay raise. They make arbitrary rules that only apply to "non-management" when it comes to raise % and timing. The vacation policy is a joke. Use it or lose it policies are fine, it promotes people actually taking time of. Accrued vacation time is also a great idea, it limits liability for the company. The way it is combined here is absolutely ridiculous. Everyone is basically forced to take the last week of the year off.
