Pros
+ Managers who genuinely care, want you to succeed, listen to you, and act as your mentor. I switched departments so I had multiple bosses throughout my time here and I learned so much from each one of them. They were all excellent managers to work for. They truly honored empowering employees to take action and make their own judgement calls. + Great team and employees all around to work with. + C-level executives who want to personally get to know you and work with you. I had worked alongside multiple department VPs on projects and they valued my input/opinions and also let me take lead on many projects. + Being a small company, you have the opportunity to take lead on large, important projects, strengthen your skillset, and wear many hats and possibly learn new skills you would not have been able to learn being at a large company. + The Denver office is right in the heart of downtown and makes it a fun environment. + Incredibly generous paid time off. LT Trust really cares about their employees and wants everyone to have a good work/life balance. + Free eco pass. I really enjoyed my time here and am so thankful that I got the opportunity to work here. I owe all of my success in my career to LT Trust.
