      Pros

      Rewarding job, meeting different learners within prison. Flexibility with how to run the lessons. Half days on fridays.

      Cons

      Demanding at times, learners can display negative attitudes and behaviours (no violence) very paper work heavy which can be overwhelming when first starting.

      Exciting tasks, though lacking good direction. The team great and other collegues excellent.

      Very little direction and management.

      Amazing annual leave allowance. Often approve and fund courses.

      Cons

      Not much growth opportunity at the local site if you don't want to go into teaching. Would have to relocate to Manchester.
