      Pros

      I am working in BFS domain for USA BBNT Bank & Insurance. So in my project we have good environment of work and task assignment. We are daily in communicating with client for the task updates.

      Cons

      The only cons is when we need to deploy our code to production. Because at that time I need to wake up till 3:00 AM morning for the production deployment.

      Joined Recently. Not sure about pros. May be security there due to having big fishes in the pond.

      Cons

      Slow, Hierarchical. People hardly talk to each other. Found very hard to clear expense claim
