Decent place to start in the industry as long as you don't expect to stay there for more than a year or two. Okay benefits.
Cons
Upper management only cares about customer ratings. Team management is extremely hit or miss. You spend more time arguing with other teams and doing recordkeeping than you do actually resolving problems.
