The staff and contractors at LUMA are wonderful, smart people who truly live and breathe human-centered design. Very creative, empathetic people.
Cons
Contractors are expected to put in a significant amount of uncompensated time, such as meetings, additional, last-minute prep work, and training (which is called "self-study" time). Expect to put in a lot of unpaid time.
