      I have great coworkers and a lovely manager, the customers who come through my workplace are always different and fun to watch and inteact with.

      Cons

      In the venue I work at sometimes my schedule can be a bit sparse and inconsistent.

      Pros

      Advancement, but only due to people not wanting to step up into more responsibility roles, not really what you need in a company.

      Cons

      The compensation was terrible, no benefits, almost zero organization, the owners need to re break down everything there are doing to ensure success.
