Not healthy work environment - Planner La Clinica de La Raza Employee Review

The work is very demanding, you are constantly put down. There is absolutely no life/work balance, no appreciation by different departments, and little to no growth. Almost all departments come off as entitled and feel like they can disrespect you or make your work feel useless. I wouldn’t recommend this department just because of the cross-functional teams that everyone is required to work with.
