So, when I joined, the company and vision was clear. But after a short period, I realised that they have a terrible bullying culture, if you are not hitting your sales targets, you are berated publicly, the training is poor, you are basically in a cult where they all expect you to praise the owner like he is a god. But in reality he has created, led and promoted a company that treats staff terribly. The male to female ratio is not good, there is lewd behaviour from managers towards young girls. They have a board of immature, baseless, talentless individuals who make big decisions without any really experience or leadership qualities.
What could have been a great company, turned into another typical recruitment firm who have no respect for staff, mental health wellbeing or their clients. Casually they slate clients who they work with, throwing insults even recording disrespectful comments about candidates and clients on the CRM system.
Worst mistake of my life was joining these pretenders.
