My experience at La Fosse was disappointing. Clear favouritism, they don't give you a chance, and unmet promises created a cutthroat environment, with little to no job stability. This is especially troubling given the current economic climate. High employee turnover speaks volumes about the toxic culture.
One of the most glaring issues was the significant disparity in how ethnic minorities employees were treated compared to their white counterparts. This inequity was not subtle—it was obvious.
There is clear contradiction in management and amongst senior leaders – there is no unity. As Sun Tzu once said, “When there is no unity, there is no stability; when there is no stability, there is no victory.” When there is no unity, that causes chaos. This lack of alignment among leadership has created an environment of confusion, uncertainty, and instability, ultimately impacting both the organizational culture and employee morale.
If you’re looking for stability and a supportive workplace, I’d strongly advise steering clear of this company. However, if you’re comfortable navigating favouritism and unequal treatment, this might be the place for you mate!
