Great Co-Workers Good pay Closes with the mall so you get out at a decent time
Cons
Horrible management (HR and a lot of the managers, but not all) Low employee engagement Horrible work culture Demotivating environment Unequal treatment Certain rules just don't apply to managers (because they enforce them on us, not themselves) Always short staffed Does not always accomodate to schedule Can be fired (or laid off as they like to call it) at any time, even after 3 months
