Pros
Acceptable Salary, you will likely get an interview since they are always turning over people.
Cons
There isn't any real upside to working at The Lab, the place has no culture, no structured development opportunities, or any path for upward mobility except for just outlasting the other new hires. There is little comradery among the project teams nor is it encouraged. The senior management of the firm will one day turn on you be it for a small mistake, your general appearance, or for seemingly no reason. Management at this company will yell at you rather then working with you to learn and grow. If you are hired as a consultant don't expect to learn anything. You’ll likely be pigeon holed into executing The Lab's method for delivering consulting services. I have never been at company where general moral is so low. Once you get one of your colleagues one on one or in small groups they admitted to looking for their way out, and would generally complain about The Lab. The majority the positive reviews on Glassdoor are faked, it's an open secret among the employees. Do your due diligence and reach out to former employees on LinkedIn and they will give you an honest appraisal of what it's like to work there.
