- It is not known who the manager really is, poor organization. - They did not comply with what was said at the beginning. - Work 1 full month for free, deceptive hiring process. - The company takes advantage of the employee.

Pros

Lab Me is a tight-knit family feeling type of team. It's unorthodox in how it operates in a hybrid type remote system. Employees can work from wherever but are accountable through clear cut and motivating OKRs that are developed by the teams together. The accountability of the individual to self - individual to team keeps everyone "real". While there is no perfect system - Lab Me's leadership has evolved tremendously over the last 4 years.

Boot strapped compared to competitors.
