Pros
Can't think of any reason why this would be a good place to work unless you've been there 15 years & don't know any better. Lackluster at best.
Cons
Technology deficient. Clickish, cult like atmosphere. No room to advance unless you're family. Poor training. Crappy vacation time (none during the 1st year) Management sucks & if you're dealing with a terrible manager there's no formal action you can take. Ergonomics? What's that? Prepare to be uncomfortable
