Pros
Specific to the engineering team:
-Use of latest libraries and technologies
-Very specific professional growth ladder and regular management check-ins so there is clarity about how you are doing in your role, and what you need to work on
-Engineering and functional team wide learning sessions. All of the engineers I work with on a regular basis also have a drive to learn and push themselves and others to learn more
-For the most part, I see a very knowledgable and accountable group of engineers who are passionate about the work that they do here
-The work is very interesting and always challenging!
About the company:
-GREAT work from home and flexible work policy. There isn't anyone pointing at the clock if you are late one morning. I regularly work from home twice a week. Leadership is very supportive of maintaining a healthy work/life balance.
-Leadership has made honest strides towards being more transparent and communicative with how the company is doing.
