      I enjoy working with everyone. It is like one big family. Everyone is willing to help each other.

      Some of the negativity reflects poorly and brings down moral.

      Pros

      The partners are super nice. They have great team building events. Staff is pretty nice. Litigation Paralegal Director very resourceful. Great client management software. Fun Christmas Parties.

      Cons

      Pay is well below Median for Lafayette. They try to run it like AT&T not a law firm. A law firm is not cookie cutter. HR has no compassion and does not go to bat for employees facing difficulties. A lot of turnover.
