Pros
Their mission is valid, the healthcare system needs help and they attempt to be that "missing link". There were good managers that worked hard and tried to maintain the mission.
Cons
They laid us off in a very unprofessional fashion, leaving the hospital to pick up the pieces with no aid whatsoever to the workers left behind. Definitely not "seamless care" as they state as it was messy and could have been prevented with even a days notice.
