If you want to work at Laddawn start by taking any pride and through it our the window. You must learn the Laddawn way. Which is zero training.

Cons

There are no supervision unless on first shift. Managers do not want night supervisor they would rather each person individually rats on each other and Laddawn uses this to blackmail you.
