Shouldn't do any good, very low wages and disorganized management.The company is profitable by taking advantage of the large number of non-cs majors who want to get into a big factory job, charging exorbitant tuition fees but not guaranteeing that you will have a job, and even if you do have a job, they are forced to take a portion of your paycheck as a commission. The teachers are very unprofessional and not even as good as watching free videos on youtube yourself.
Cons
Recruitment will force the candidate to provide a complete proposal (not a draft) and do not respect the fruits of the candidate's labor, do not reply to any messages after all the interview process, and put the candidate ghost.
