Family work culture, Good benefits, pay, and work/life balance. CEO actually gets to know the employees. I look forward to coming to work.

I have not found any cons as of yet.

I loved working for LD’s winter springs office. Fun family atmosphere. Good pay. Generous raises based on performance. I got off on time every day. They are so generous with time off, paid holidays and birthdays off. They do a Christmas party with awards each year. Christmas bonus, productivity bonuses, and other incentives. The people who complained didn’t realize how good they have it. The people who claimed there is no room for advancement were the people who weren’t cut out for it anyway. You get out what you put in. Hard work is recognized. I was told by the owner and other managers that I was valued. I came from a company where I was underpaid and under appreciated with little to no vacation time. This company took me in and treated me like family. I learned so much at this job. Their equipment and trucks are top notch. They give you the freedom to manage what you do everyday as long as you get your work done with minimal complaints. No micro-managing. Company cell phone. Medical, dental, vision, 401k match. I only left because I moved across the country. I work for a different company offering the same services and now I truly realize how I good I had it. If you want to work outdoors and have a love for the water and boats, you’re going to like this job. I recommend taking a look at the video on their website to get a feel for the company and what you’d be doing.

The summers can be a bear. Exposure to chemicals but that’s just the nature of the job, nothing to do with the company. Exposure to potentially hazardous situations but again, that’s what I signed up for, nothing to do with the company.
