      Pros

      I have worked for the Lake Elmo in for many years and I would encourage any of my friend to apply. They are very flexible with scheduling and they have a very good reputation around town.

      Cons

      Although there is some opportunity for work during the week, the majority of work is on the weekends weddings and such.

      Pros

      It pays well for the hours and the work that you do, its nice to be able to have a variety of tasks in your job.

      Cons

      I would say not applicable sometimes you have an unhappy guest but a manager will help handle that situation.
