      Hours during summer are consistently guaranteed They offer healthcare, albeit a terrible package and more expensive than if I bought an individual Give most holidays off.

      Cons

      Pretty terrible environment. They overwork people they don't like. Will lie to you to get you working there Say they require a degree for entry position, then hire people who never graduated high school via nepotism

      Pros

      Good first job for fresh out of high school or college students with good work ethics and strong backs. Decent pay for entry level. And work is normally M-F with the day stating at 7 AM. Also PPE is enforced for your safety.

      Cons

      You well work long hard hours and work with equipment and chemicals various types. And you well get filthy, so work here only if you have a strong constitution.
