Pros
-The scientist here are really nice people making collaboration and working here really enjoyable
-I've heard stories of other managers being very demanding, but my group's manager was really understanding, and a nice person in general
-From the time that I have started I have seen a raise in benefits, company growth as well as our individual team grow in numbers
-The scheduling is somewhat flexible, if you need to early then it is granted, however take care to not abuse it
-Support international hires
-Coffee machine present, and free snacks from time to time
-Company happy hour from time to time
-Different age groups, good mix of young and older scientist
Cons
-When I was hired on-board there wasn't a standard training session, so a lot of people had different methods to accomplish something, which caused confusion
-There are bonuses which are nice, but there isn't a transparent way of how the bonuses are rewarded and in terms of base salary I believe it is a bit on the lower side, and they don't offer raises automatically unless you ask for it
-There isn't a high learning curve for people who want to learn more
-There was an issue of air quality at one of the locations, and belmont location doesn't have A/C
