Amazing bosses, work on nature, great pay, fun environment.

I cannot identify any cons.

Beautiful setting. Living on site is such a benefit to get away from the busy life. Work is only steps away from your cabin. Room and board is included, so I was able to bank most of the $$ I earned. Great team to work with. Very supportive when needed. Met lots of good people and long term friends. Management are friendly and down to earth people. Great opportunity to advance in the company.

Simple lodging. Must be prepared to share a cabin and room with other staff if you are a junior staff. Preseason bugs can get to you, though come prepared with bug spray and it is manageable. Hours can be long at first; though as the season progresses and you get to know your job and work with the team hours shorten. Lakeside is very supportive in teaching and training how to be efficient which helps in everyday life as well.
