Great farm manager, great people to work with!

Need to have better processes in place.

Able to work with diverse group of hard working, under paid and overworked, group of people.

Low pay, expectation to work 48 hours weekly or more. No organization and corporate office disorganized. Bottom line is $ regardless of what corners have to be cut to meet. CEO is misogynistic and treats employees as if he owns them. Nepotism is an issue as well.
