      Learning and gaining experience in doing patient care. Great co worker and very helpful but a lot of them are also leaving and going to another hospital

      Ortho Charge Nurse is a racist and lazy while the charge nurse in medical surgical ward is abusive and a slave driver and also lazy she will let the tech do her job if she can

      Have to travel to free standing emergency room with the intention of getting extra pay, but you don't, or at least not easily if you do. Miscommunication with higher ups and hr constantly
