      When I worked there, the staff were very nice for the most part

      Cons

      It was very understaffed. Several times there was one tech for the entire floor (med surg)

      Great team, great atmosphere, supervisor has your back

      Cons

      Have to travel to free standing emergency room with the intention of getting extra pay, but you don't, or at least not easily if you do. Miscommunication with higher ups and hr constantly
