Pros
- Good at selling their "start-up" image to fresh grads when they are already 5 years into their business - Hiring inexperienced and incapable "managers/leads" to lead a team - Promoting feet licking people to Lead positions - Terminating staffs that actually voice out their opinion / firing staffs if you're not on the same boat as me - HR is good at pretending to be professional, especially their leads and directors - Management tries to be transparent when they actually don't care because they do not value real talent.
Cons
Notice how I only listed their "Pros" because they I can't think of any "Cons" since they are in Lalaland and everything is perfect.
