Great Place to Work & Great People - Merchandiser Lalo Employee Review

Through my 2+ years at Lalo, I've seen a lot of growth (in terms of new hires, our product catalog, and in myself). Some pros? This is the healthiest startup environment I've witnessed. I am able to enjoy my work/life balance here while also feeling like I have a real impact on decision-making because we're moving so quickly and working with a small team. Unlimited PTO is pretty sweet and salaries are pretty competitive. I work with the loveliest bunch of talented and kind people.

There are a few busy swells throughout the year where our creative team gets really slammed. To be expected with any job.

The work life balance at Lalo is top notch - unlimited PTO and they actually encourage their employees to take time off Good people - I've never worked with a better team, everyone is kind, compassionate and caring Opportunities for Growth - I started part time and have grown so much since starting here. Managers are always having the right conversations on growth and setting new goals. They make sure their employees are not staying stagnant and are always opening doors and giving opportunities to step up and learn something new Culture - we have the best HR who makes sure to check in with each team member individually to do a pulse check and makes sure we stay connected as a *mostly* remote team,

Truly no cons - the only con is not getting to see all of my great co-workers being remote!
