Pros
Looking at the profile of the company, it does not probably tell much of what the working experience looks like. I love to work at Lam Research. This is the best working place and environment in comparisons to where I have worked before. I worked in a company with a similar profile (residing in Bay Area with almost the same size) but did not recall having the same experience. Lam has core values and they are the people I work with and the management. They guide us to work respectfully, effectively, and meaningfully so that we work with pride and be rewarded accordingly. The HR and management are one of the best team here that care much to the employee especially in the unprecedented time of pandemic. The fact that the stellar result of the company's earning during this difficult time shows how Lam employee works ethos with the clear guidance from the management. Lam is definitely a recommended place to work.
