Fairly narrow 'engineering think' based cultural perspective that inadvertently squelches creativity across the ranks; the VOC is not clear, concise and consistent throughout the ranks top-to-bottom, engineering based approach to meeting market needs versus marketing/business development approach tends to lead to over engineered solutions that often lead to overly expensive solutions. Lam's over dependence on 'fast solutions' hero culture leads to burnout across the organization and a lot of 'work arounds'....that are hard to track and manage over time
